Political Law Interpretation on President’s Refusal to Sign an Approved Bill with the House of Representatives

Signing by the President is one of stages in formation a law. The constitutional facts show that has several times not signed draft bill been mutually agreed upon. author interested discussing: practice signing laws have approved with House Representatives. Second; political law interpretation on President's actions sign for This paper uses normative juridical approach statutory and conceptual then analyzed deductively. results obtained are were passed without approval, which from grammatical, historical, comparative, structural theological interpretations.
